Access to our services is normally through Social Services, either through a Care Manager or Social Worker. Our costs are paid by Social Services and form part of your Care Package. For further information please call Social Services on 020 8770 4377.

We also have available a limited number of privately funded (self funded) places for which a daily charge applies. The current charge is £30 per day. For more information please call us on 020 8770 4930.

In all cases a daily meal charge applies, this includes coffee or tea and biscuits on arrival, chef prepared lunch with a choice of at least two main courses and dessert and tea and cake or biscuits in the afternoon. The current meal charge is £4.50

VOLUNTEERING

We are always pleased to hear from people who would like to help in the Day Centre, anything from a couple of hours to whole or half days. There are many things that you can do, helping serve tea and coffee or taking meal orders or just talking to our service users. Please call us on 020 8770 4930 for details.

TRUSTEE VACANCIES

We have a number of vacancies on our board of trustees and are looking for enthusiastic people who can spare 2/3 hours each month to get involved in this progressive organisation.

This is an exciting time for CPDC as there are new developments in the provision of social care, including new Individual Budgets, which will enable older people to have much greater choice about the social care they want.
